About Us:
EhsanLab is a leading software testing and cybersecurity company delivering enterprise-grade solutions in quality assurance, performance testing, and advanced security services.
As part of our expansion into AI-driven automation and intelligent systems, we help organizations move beyond traditional operations and redesign how their businesses function through scalable, AI-powered solutions.
Our partners don’t come to us for experiments; they come to transform how their operations work.
We’re looking for an AI Automation Engineer—Business Transformation to design and build intelligent systems that automate real business workflows using the latest in AI (LLMs, agents, APIs, and no/low-code tools).
This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and business operations—you’ll turn manual processes into scalable, AI-driven systems.
About the Role
This is not a traditional engineering position.
You will work closely with clients to analyze, redesign, and implement intelligent systems that replace manual operations with scalable, AI-driven workflows.
You will be expected to think beyond code — and into process architecture, efficiency, and leverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client operations and identify automation and optimization opportunities
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows using LLMs and intelligent agents
- Architect end-to-end systems that integrate across multiple platforms (CRMs, payment systems, internal tools, etc.)
- Build reliable, production-grade automations that directly impact business performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Continuously refine systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and resilience
Required Qualifications:
- Strong engineering foundation (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Proven experience integrating APIs and building interconnected systems
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt/system design
- Solid understanding of automation architecture and workflow orchestration
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear, executable systems
Nice to Have:
- Experience with frameworks such as CrewAI, n8n, LangChain, and similar
- Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases
- Background in consulting, SaaS, or operationally complex environments
- Exposure to multi-system integrations across business functions
What Makes This Role Unique
- You will work on high-impact transformation initiatives, not isolated features
- Each engagement involves re-architecting real business processes, not incremental improvements
- You will gain exposure to diverse industries and operational models
- Your work will directly influence efficiency, scalability, and cost structures of our partners
