About the Role
As a Part-time HR & Recruitment Specialist at EhsanLab, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing our team. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support employee relations initiatives, and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture. This role is perfect for someone passionate about people operations who wants to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions across all departments
- Manage job postings and recruitment channels to attract top talent
- Coordinate the hiring process and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Handle employee relations matters and maintain personnel files
- Assist with HR policies, compliance, and documentation
- Conduct employee engagement activities and support team building initiatives
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide employee support
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven HR experience with a focus on recruitment
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment processes and candidate sourcing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic (required)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment cycles simultaneously
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
- Proficient in HR management systems and MS Office
- Professional and ethical approach to confidential information
Nice to Have:
- HR certification (HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Background in tech or software industry recruitment
- Familiarity with employment law and compliance requirements
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting
