About the Role:
We are seeking a results-oriented B2B Sales Specialist to drive our growth in the US and European markets. This is a commission-only role where your success is directly tied to your ability to generate results. Your primary focus will be on cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals. This includes scheduling qualified meetings with C-level executives and converting opportunities into closed deals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and other sales channels.
  • Sales Calls: Present and pitch EhsanLab’s software testing services to prospects.
  • Deal Closing: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and secure contracts with new clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales goals by focusing on results and value-driven selling.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the software services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing industry.
  • Exceptional cold-calling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently manage sales efforts.
  • Experience working with CRM tools to track progress and follow up effectively.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
