We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Media Buyer) to join our dynamic and growing digital marketing team. You will manage, execute, and refine all aspects of our digital marketing strategies, from SEO/SEM to social media, to amplify our brand presence.
Responsibilities
Performance & Media Buying
- Develop and execute digital media buying plans and budgets aligned with business goals
- Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube)
- Track and report KPIs and ROI using dashboards and clear performance summaries
SEO, Website & Analytics
- Develop and execute SEO strategies that increase qualified traffic
- Use analytics to improve website performance and conversion outcomes
Market & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Communicate campaign updates and insights to customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years in digital marketing/advertising (software testing/tech is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of ad platforms and trends (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.)
- Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C, lead generation, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and explain performance clearly
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (vendors, publishers, customers)
- Creative, curious, and comfortable testing new strategies
- Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Portfolio or examples of relevant campaigns and results
- Strong writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing platforms
- Strong reporting and data interpretation skills
- Proactive project management habits
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and web tools
