We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Media Buyer) to join our dynamic and growing digital marketing team. You will manage, execute, and refine all aspects of our digital marketing strategies, from SEO/SEM to social media, to amplify our brand presence.

Responsibilities

Performance & Media Buying

  • Develop and execute digital media buying plans and budgets aligned with business goals
  • Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube)
  • Track and report KPIs and ROI using dashboards and clear performance summaries

SEO, Website & Analytics

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that increase qualified traffic
  • Use analytics to improve website performance and conversion outcomes

Market & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Communicate campaign updates and insights to customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 5+ years in digital marketing/advertising (software testing/tech is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms and trends (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.)
  • Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C, lead generation, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and explain performance clearly
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (vendors, publishers, customers)
  • Creative, curious, and comfortable testing new strategies
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Portfolio or examples of relevant campaigns and results
  • Strong writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing platforms
  • Strong reporting and data interpretation skills
  • Proactive project management habits
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and web tools
