Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients and play a key role in generating new business opportunities for the KSA market.
You will be researching potential clients, connecting with decision-makers, and setting the stage for our Account Executives to close deals. If you are a self-starter who loves the hunt and isn’t afraid of rejection, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other sales platforms
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns through email, cold calls, and social selling
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to improve messaging and lead quality
Required Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (SaaS experience is a plus, but not required).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can write a compelling email and sound confident on the phone.
- High level of motivation and resilience; comfortable handling objections
- Willingness to learn about software testing, cybersecurity, and sales methodologies
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
- Interest in tech sales, SaaS, or B2B sales environments.
- A technical background (e.g., engineering, computer science) is preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- A background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, and Cyber Security.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesloft) & Remote Sales Job.
