Position Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Technical Content Creator with expertise in software testing to join our team [part-time or full-time]. This role is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content for our audience, which ranges from novice testers to experienced QA professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation: Develop, write, and produce articles, blogs, tutorials, webinars, and videos covering software testing concepts, tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with our product teams, software developers, and QA professionals to understand the latest developments and trends in software testing.
  3. Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the software testing domain to ensure content remains relevant and current.
  4. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to plan and execute a content calendar tailored to the needs and interests of our audience.
  5. Feedback Loop: Monitor and analyze user feedback and content performance metrics to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the content.
  6. Technical Assistance: Assist with the creation and review of product documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in creating technical content for diverse audiences.
  • Proficient with multimedia tools, including graphic design software and video editing tools.
